Livingstone's dismissal ruins Smith's masterclass
England pacer Liam Livingstone's superb over sours the occasion as Australia's Steve Smith misses out on a century
Livingstone took 3/35 as England fought back to dismiss Australia for 280 in the first One Day International (ODI) at Adelaide Oval.
Smith looked set for a hundred after scoring 80 from 89 balls, but he was trapped lbw by Livingstone in the 45th over.
The dismissal was a big moment in the match, as it came at a time when Australia were looking to push on and set a large total.
Livingstone's over was a turning point in the match, as he also dismissed Marnus Labuschagne and Alex Carey to put England back in the game.
In the end, Australia's total of 280 was below par on a good batting pitch, and England were able to chase it down with relative ease.
